Hi! I’m Jenny and I’d like to introduce you
to some of the training and services I can offer you
on the theme of mental health and wellbeing.

​I was a counsellor for nearly 20 years, offering help to individuals and couples. I also supervised other counsellors and trained students. I worked for a number of organisations, including the NHS, and in private practice.

I have recently retired from counselling in order to focus on training and writing.
